• 1 hour before sunset - Board at Bebek or Kurucesme on the European side
• First leg - Cruise past Dolmabahce Palace and Ciragan Palace as the light turns amber
• Golden hour - Ortakoy Mosque and the Bosphorus Bridge, the city's most photographed frame
• Sunset moment - Engines slow near Maiden's Tower for the panorama of the old city
• After dark - Illuminated shores of Kandilli and Arnavutkoy on the return leg

Captain's note: In summer the best light starts about 40 minutes before official sunset. We board guests an hour ahead so the champagne is open exactly when the sky turns. On windy northerly days we keep to the European shore - calmer water, steadier photos.

Dinner on Board: How It Works

Dinner cruises run 3-4 hours. You can choose a chef-prepared Turkish menu (mezes, grilled sea bass, baklava), arrange your own catering, or keep it simple with cheese and wine. Tables are set on the aft deck in summer and in the glass salon in cooler months. Where do we board?

Can we bring our own food and drinks?

Yes - your own catering, cake and drinks are welcome at no corkage on most of our yachts, or we can arrange a chef menu for you.

It is our speciality. The captain coordinates the surprise - decoration, music, the exact stop in front of Maiden's Tower - while the reservation looks like an ordinary sunset tour.
